The Home
This brand new, amazing home is located in the beach-side neighborhood of
Royal Sands. The living room and each bedroom come equipped with a flat screen
television with satellite TV service. Guests also have access to a private
washer and dryer and wireless internet service.
There are two bedrooms downstairs with queen beds. One of the downstairs rooms
is the master suite which has a beautifully tiled walk in shower, duel vessel
sinks, and a huge walk in closet. The other bedroom is near the front of the
home and it has access to the hallway bathroom. Upstairs there are two more
bedrooms, one with two twin over twin bunk beds and one with a queen bed.
There is a bathroom in the hallway between the two rooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, gourmet electric
range, microwave, island breakfast bar, coffee maker, assorted cookware and

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
- - All properties are non-smoking.
- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
