Property Manager is proud to present Kymenlaakso Etelä Karjala Villa 1012. 35 km north of Kouvola, lake Suolajärvi 40 m (length 5 km, width 3 km), boat connection to other waters, long, gently deepening sandy beach, pier and rowing boat.
Wooden house, built in 2015, kitchen, living room (sofa bed with 2 extra beds), bedroom with 2 beds, second bedroom with double bed, third bedroom with 2 beds. Each bedroom has wardrobes. Utility room, washroom, sauna (electric stove), 2 separate toilets, large partly covered terrace. The house has mechanical cooling, 100 Mb wifi, smart-tv.
Well-equipped lakeside sauna (25 m²), terrace, dressing room, washroom, sauna (wood-burning stove), fireplace room with sofa bed (2 extra beds), mini-kitchen, toilet, loft (steep ladder to the loft). There are 2 alternative extra beds on the loft. On the glazed terrace there is a 6-person hydro massage bath freely available.

Villa Saunaniemi offers a delightful setting for a great holiday. All year round hydro massage bath is relaxing. There is a large yard eg. for different kind of yard games.
