L.Syväri 100 m, shared shore and jetty, shore sanded and rather deep, water depth at end of jetty suitable for adult swimmers.
Log house 2006, kitchen-lving room, bed room double bed, upstairs bed room two beds, WC and loft three beds. Washing room, dressing room, WC, sauna (electric stove), terrace. Basement is not in use. Air source heat pump. Neat and high-quality Northern Savonia Villa 1051 holiday apartment, which is situated in a peaceful cottage area, the nearest separate neighbouring cottages being 20-30 metres away. Path to shore is rather steep, with stone steps along the way. Good “base camp” at Tahko resort for a family or two couples.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
