perfect and you will love the ocean views. Watch the sunrise in the morning
and enjoy the afternoon sunsets every day! This property has everything you
need for your stay. The living room is very comfortable and has a large Flat
Screen TV to watch. The sofa is also sleeper so it is perfect for the kids.
The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a full size washer/dryer to use as
well.
The master bedroom has a new king bed and en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom
has a queen bed and twin so it is perfect for your family.
This building has an indoor pool and hot tub so it is available all year long.
It is right on the beach so there is easy access to the ocean. Take a dip in
the ocean and rinse off at the outdoor shower before heading back upstairs.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
