Lake Vuosselijärvi 200 m (shore in shared use with other cottages). Kelo-wood cottage (2007). Downstairs: bedroom 1-2: 2 beds in each, combined kitchenliving room, electric sauna. Upstairs: Stand-high loft: bedroom 3: 3 beds, toilet also in upstairs. Downstairs 78 m² + loft 22 m². Kelo-log cottage in East Ruka, 1 km to the slopes, cross-country skiing track 20 m. Snowscooter track 500 m. To illuminated ski track 1 km.
Additional information: Campfire place on the shore of Vuosselijärvi lake, the shore is shallowsand.

Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
