Property Manager Villa Holidays is proud to present Uusimaa Villa 1005. 15 km south of Porvoo, Gulf of Finland 40 m, deep clay bottom, jetty and own boat.

On the ground floor: living room (TV), kitchen, bedroom with double bed and one separate bed, shower room WC, utility room (washing machine and dryer).
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with double bed in each, lounge with sofa bed and TV, toilet, sauna (electric stove), washroom 2 showers, dressing room, balcony. Upstairs awning and air source heat pump.
Under floor heating throughout the villa. The villa has spacious bedrooms. Child safety gate at the lower end of the stairs.
Barbecue hut. Garage for two cars.
Cot = baby’s travel bed. High chair.
Wi-Fi connection.
Solar energy is also used to heat the villa.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
