Shop 400 m, supermarket 2 km, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Como" 52 km, pebble beach "Spiaggia 'Madonnina'" 700 m. Marina 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 27 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. The owner has a dog. When the guests bring dogs along, the owner will not keep his own dog in the kennel, but it will be allowed to walk freely on the property. Access to the house by approx. 100 m possible. The owner will do the luggage transport on the arrival and departure days from here.
