Property Manager is proud to present Päijat Häme Villa 1013. Approx. 130 km north of Helsinki, L.Päijänne 40 m, shallow, hard sandrock bottom, own boat.
Chalet built 2008, living roomkitchen, 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds, sauna (electric stove), washroom (shower), dressing room, hall, open terrace.
Separate sauna building (20 m²), wood-burning stove, hot water container on sauna stove, manual pump for lake water, dressing room (1 extra bed). Lakeshore sauna with electric light and electric heating. Lakeshore sauna in use between 1.5 - 30.9. each year. Car port. Comfortable, high standard complex of several buildings, chalet, separate silverlog lakeshore sauna, and car port. Plot is forested and on slope. Electricity line passes through plot. Grill is heated with charcoal, please, bring charcoal from the grocery store. 2 bicycles.
Occasionally water in the tap might smell bad. However, it’s examined and safe to use. Owner will bring drinking water to start. In the future, the customer can pick up drinking water eg. from the water tap in Vääksy Market Square, if customer does not want to use tap water.
