Well-known health resort and bathing resort, directly by the sea, in a convenient position, 100 km from Świnoujście, 140 km from Szczecin, 230 km from Gdańsk. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions. Health cures. The town was founded in year 1000 by the 1st Polish king Boleslaw Chrobry, there is a wide, sandy beach, pier of 220 m and Nadmorski Park with old trees. Kolobrzeg is also a popular bathing and climatic-balneological resort (saline, therapeutic mud). Reumatism and diseases of respiration, blood circulation and metabolic are cured there. Worth visiting: gothic church (1415 century), remainings of city walls (15 century), town hall dated 1832 and lighthouse.
