There are 2 bedrooms on the lower level, one with 2 beds and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and electric coffee machine. There is also a showerWC on this floor. Upstairs, you will find 3 more bedrooms, each with air conditioning. The master bedroom has a bathWC and hand-basin ensuite. Another showerWC with a double hand-basin is also available. This house has oil heating and parquet floors throughout. The large terrace, covering 35m2, is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views of the sea.
