The beautiful and modern furnishings will instantly make you feel at home. The livingdining room features an open-hearth fireplace (decorative) along with a dining table, satellite TV, and DVD player. Step out onto the terrace and enjoy the amazing views.
There are 2 bedrooms on the lower level, one with 2 beds and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and electric coffee machine. There is also a showerWC on this floor. Upstairs, you will find 3 more bedrooms, each with air conditioning. The master bedroom has a bathWC and hand-basin ensuite. Another showerWC with a double hand-basin is also available.
This house has oil heating and parquet floors throughout. The large terrace, covering 35m2, is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views of the sea. There is terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs for your outdoor enjoyment. Other amenities include a washing machine, dryer, iron, children’s high chair, baby cot, and hairdryer.
