Property Manager is proud to present Kymenlaakso Etelä Karjala Villa 1003. 35 km to the north from Kouvola, lake Suolajärvi 15 m (length 5 km, width 3km), boat connection to other water areas, hard, gently deepening gravelsand bottom, pier and rowing boat.
Log villa 2020, kitchen, living room, bedroom (10 m²) 2 bunks (motorized bed), second bedroom (11 m²) two beds, third bedroom (9 m²) 2 beds, fourth bedroom (9 m²) 2 beds. Big wardrobes and room-specific temperature control in each bedroom. Living area with sofa bed (two additional beds when spread). Access to the sauna is via the living area.
Utility room, washroom (2 showers), sauna (wood-burning and electric sauna stove), 2 separate WC, another with shower, large partly covered terrace. There are mechanical cooling, 100 MB Fiber Optical Internet connection, Wi-Fi, Internet TV.
Large glazed terrace (entrance from the sauna) with floor heating and hydro massage bath outdoors for seven people. Hydro massage bath can be used freely.
The maximum number of guests can be exceeded by two people if they will accommodate on the sofa in living room or in sleeping shed located in the yard. There is heating in the sleeping shed, but it is not available during wintertime. Car shelter. Many kinds of games can be played in the large yard.
