It is the perfect retreat for 8 adults, offering a spacious and bright atmosphere with modern and cozy furnishings. The villa has been fully renovated to provide a comfortable stay for guests. The large livingdining room features a sliding door and panoramic window, along with a dining table, satellite TV, digital TV, and a flat screen. The patio offers a lovely outdoor space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The villa also boasts a large double bedroom with a french bed and a fully equipped kitchenliving room with all the necessary amenities. On the upper floor, guests will find another large double bedroom with a french bed, bathshowerWC, hydro massage bath, TV, flat screen, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. There are two additional double bedrooms, one with a french bed and the other with bunk beds, along with a shared bathWC. The outdoor spaces include a large patio, lawn, porch, terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, and deck chairs. The villa is located in Colonia de Sant Pere, just 500m from the town center and 450m from the sea. Guests can enjoy a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, patio, arbor, pergola, and barbecue.
