Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- BBQs/Grills: There is a propane grill on the lanai of this condo. Please let us know if you run out of propane. There are two gas grills located at the pool that are first come, first serve from 8:30 am-9:00 pm. After use, please turn off gas valves and clean grill(s) and surrounding areas. Gas valves are located on the left side of each grill.
- Pool/Spa Rules:
- Pool hours are from 8:00 am- 10:00 pm daily. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area. Food is not permitted in the pool area. All beverages must be in non-breakable plastic containers. Please use adult beverages responsibly.
- Washer/Dryer:
- Please use a high efficiency detergent and consider a half load when using these machines. Make sure to turn the knob to the OFF position before trying to open the door. Please leave the door ajar when not in use to prevent mold. Trash Bins: Large trash receptacles are located in the parking lot closest to the gate. Sunblock: Please DO NOT use aerosol or spray sun products in the unit. This stains the walls, carpet and upholstery. Please apply outside. Discharge of an aerosol sun product will result in an upholstery cleaning experience. Should you have any maintenance issues, questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to email, text or call!
