Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • QUIET HOURS:
  • Quiet hours shall be from 9:00pm to 8:00am, during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
  • PARKING:
  • Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area. Please be respectful of the neighbors and do not block driveways, sidewalks or mailboxes.
  • USE OF PROPERTY:
  • The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.
  • WI-FI: Hillside7101 PASSWORD: guest7101
  • TO TURN ON TV:
  • USE small remote - PRESS Remote Power button, Select what would like to watch Spectrum (cable), Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.
  • TO TURN OFF TV: PRESS Remote Power Button
  • ALEXA IN THE KITCHEN:
  • Voice activated, just ask and she will play music, news, answer questions. “Alexa play a soft rock radio station.” “Alexa what is the temperature today?“
  • GOLF CART IN GARAGE:
  • You are welcome to use the golf cart, please stay on golf cart paths and drive responsibly. Drivers must be 16 or older. Please plug in after each use. Key is located on the house keys. You must sign a Golf Cart Waiver when making your reservation.
  • COMMUNITY POOL:
  • The house key will give you access to the community pool.
  • NEST THERMOSTATS:
  • PLEASE KEEP DOORS, SLIDERS AND WINDOWS CLOSED WHEN THE AC IS ON. If you will be gone for long periods of time, please turn the AC to 79 degrees. Please do not set lower than 74 degrees to conserve energy. Thermostats are monitored by the Property Manager.
  • PRIMARY BATH VANITY:
  • PLEASE DO NOT PLACE YOUR WEIGHT OR STAND ON THE PRIMARY BATH VANITY AND FLOATING SHELF.
  • TRASH: Pickup is Tuesday and Friday, place BINS just outside garage
  • No Smoking . Please close all windows and doors when AC is on. No wet bathing suits on interior furniture. OK on exterior lanai furniture. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
  • RENTAL AGREEMENT GOLF CART RULES AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM
  • Renter is hereby responsible for disclosing this Addendum A to all occupants driving the golf cart(s) during rental period.
  • • All drivers must have a valid driver's license and must be at least 17 years of age. • Renter shall sign this waiver and release of liability prior to Renter’s arrival.
  • • Renter shall ensure golf carts are charged overnight and when not in use. Renter will assume costs for towing and service if uncharged battery is found to be the cause of the cart becoming immobile.
  • • Carts are permitted on golf course cart paths and the streets throughout the resort property; however, carts may not be driven anywhere within the Four Seasons hotel grounds, including the beachfront path.
  • • Lights must always be used at night.
  • • Maximum speed on walking paths is 7 mph.
  • • Maximum speed when passing pedestrians is 2 mph.
  • • Carts must be parked in a bona fide parking stall and not on sidewalks or walkways.
  • • Overtaking another moving cart is strictly prohibited.
  • • Pull to the right when automobiles are following you on roadways.
  • • Never leave ignition on or keys in an unattended cart.
  • • Report all accidents to Security immediately. The undersigned Renter hereby agree to release and hold free and harmless the Owner, Elite Pacific Properties powered by Gather and its Property Managers from any and all claims, losses, or damages, including without limitation personal injury, death and/or Property damages arising out of or related to the use and/or operation of a golf cart on or around the resort where Subject Property is located. Furthermore, the Renter(s), Occupant(s) and Guest(s) agree that they will be responsible for any damages to the golf carts or any damages caused by the golf carts as a result of the Renter(s), Occupant(s) and Guest(s) negligence. The undersigned Renter hereby agrees that all guests who will operate the golf cart have reviewed and agreed to this Rental Agreement’s Private Golf Cart Rules and Release of Liability above, and any other drivers will not operate the golf cart.
