Floor to ceiling pocket doors join the great room to the outdoor lanai for indoor/outdoor island style living. A telescope is conveniently located in the great room for whale watching or star gazing from the large expansive covered lanai. Enjoy ocean, sunset, and golf course views from the great room, kitchen, dining room and lanai. The lanai features outdoor dining seating for 6, 2 plush loungers, several couches and recliners and a BBQ. The modern kitchen features koa wood cabinets and brand new stainless steel high-end appliances, elegant recessed lighting, and ample counter and cabinet space outfit you in luxurious comfort and ease in preparing meals. The spacious PRIMARY SUITE boasts a king sized bed, en suite bath, and opens to a private covered deck with garden views. The primary bath enjoys dual sinks suspended in a custom Koa vanity along with over-sized soaking tub and walk-in and outdoor showers! You will never want to leave this bathroom spa. The 2nd BEDROOM has a queen bed, TV with its own private lanai overlooking the golf course. The 3rd BEDROOM is home to 2 twin beds TV, with windows overlooking the golf course. A second bath features a large walk-in shower with large shower-head. The laundry room with washer and dryer complete the villa. Central air conditioning & ceiling fans throughout the villa assure your maximum comfort day and night.
