Property Manager is proud to present Protaras Villa 1578. 2 X 4 Bedroom villas opposite each other each sleep 9 people so 18 people maximum in total. Excellent for large families, groups, wedding parties and corporate events! Description for each villa. This stunning 4 bedroom villa is located in the heart of Protaras, just 50m to Fig Tree Bay Beach and to Protaras strip. As you enter this modern villa, the ground floor has a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area, widescreen and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you will need for your comfortable self-catering stay and the dining area has table and chairs to seat 8 persons. You will also find one of the four bedrooms with a double bed on this floor and the ground floor WC. Upstairs, you will find the remaining three bedrooms on this floor. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC and a double bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 have two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is also on this floor with shower and WC. Outside, in the large and spacious garden, you will find a barbecue, outside dining area, shaded seating area, sun loungers and large private pool with beautiful sea views.
