Villa Olivine Pearl is a brand new 4 bedroom villa set in a private street just a few minutes walk from the popular resort areas of Protaras and Pernera. You can find the nearest beach, bars and restaurants just a 5 minute walk away. This villa is fully equipped with brand new contemporary furniture and fittings to ensure the ultimate in comfort and relaxation for your self-catering stay.
As you walk in to the villa, you will find the open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has comfortable sofas, widescreen TV with satellite channels and free WI-FI connection. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar. The ground floor is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open up to lead you to the generous landscaped private garden and poolBBQkitchen area outside.
You will also find a twin bedroom with garden access and a separate bathroom with a shower and WC on this floor.
Outside, in the spacious garden, you will find a barbecue area with built in sink and worktop area for cooking outdoors, covered area with comfortable outside sofas, sun loungers and large private pool with steps.
