Property Manager Villa Holidays is proud to present, Protaras Apartment 1210. This beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Protaras on Fig Tree Bay Beach and is within walking distance to all the shops, bars and restaurants.
As you enter the apartment, you will find an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has a widescreen TV with Satellite, DVD Player and comfortable corner leather sofa facing the amazing sea views. The dining area has seating for 5 persons and the kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances you need for a comfortable self-catering stay.
You will also find 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large en suite bathroom with shower cubicle and WC and bedroom 2 has a double bed. From the master bedroom there is a balcony leading off from master bedroom with seating area. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets and sea views

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
