Protaras Villa 1487 is a brand new and super luxurious villa just 1 minute’s walk to Vyzakia Beach, one of the best beaches in Cyprus with crystal clear blue waters and fine white sand.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including a comfortable sofa with chaise long that opens into a double sofa-bed, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen complete with all electrical appliances.
The first floor features the master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite shower and good sea views, a second double bedroom with en-suite shower and a twin bedroom with two large single beds as well a third bathroom. All bedrooms offer air-conditioning and ceiling fans for extra comfort.
