Protaras Villa 1449 is a beautiful property with a large 4x8m overflow pool, conveniently located in one of the best areas of Pernera just a few minutes walk to the beach and all amenities. Even though very central, the villa is situated in a quiet area in a small development of just 12 houses.
Within 3 minutes’ walk from the villa, you will find a number of local and international restaurants, bars, and cafes, a supermarket, water park, and shops. The ground floor features an open plan living room with a flat-screen satellite TV and gaming console, as well as a modern fully equipped kitchen and guest WC.
The whole ground floor opens up to a covered veranda and the pool area, which is nicely secluded and offers a pool safety fence for ease of mind if you have young children. On the upper floor, there is the master bedroom with a double bed, bedroom TV, and an en-suite shower, a second bedroom with a double bed and a baby crib, a third bedroom with two single beds, and the family bathroom.
