The house has been fully renovated in 2015 and offers all modern appliances and equipment. The groundfloor features a modern kitchen and an open plan living room and dinning area that leads to an outside patio equipped with table and chairs. The master bedroom on the first floor offers a large double bed, the second bedroom offers a bunk bed and enough space for an extra bed if required which we can provide for additional charge. The family bathrom is clean and modern. Larnaca Villa 1387 is fully air-conditioned offers free high speed wi-fi and is ideal for a small family. The beach in front of the villa is a quiet beach visited mostly by local population and is literally right on your doorstep. Large supermarkets and many restaurants can be found within 5 minutes drive. Larnaca airport is about 8 minutes’ drive from the villa and so is Mackenzie Beach which is probably the best beach in Larnaca and offers plethora of bars, restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy gourmet international cuisine or more traditional fish meze, amazing cocktails and great night life. The more central Finikoudes beach and square is about 15 minutes’ drive from the villa and there you can find most international chains of restaurants and cafes.
