Located in West Sedona, Sedona Mountain sits on a quiet cul-de-sac, and is close to hiking trails and Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park. You’ll also be situated close to the popular AZ 89A area where you’ll enjoy numerous of restaurants and shopping options.
This single-level property offers 1,100 square feet, two bedrooms, an Arizona sunroom, and two bathrooms to accommodate up to seven guests. And you will find you enjoy gorgeous views from nearly every room.
Entering the house through the front door you’ll be greeted by a welcoming entry way. A few more steps put you directly into the main great room holding the living room, kitchen, and dining area.
Living Room: Enjoy contemporary furnishings including a sofa and accent chairs, a Smart TV, and easy access to the backyard spaces.
Kitchen: The kitchen was recently update and is fully equipped with stainless appliances and a kitchen island with seating for two.
Dining area: The dining area offers a dining table with seating for six.
Master bedroom — King size bed, Smart TV, en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2– Full-size bed, Smart TV, desk area, and private access to the outdoor areas; access to the shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Sunroom — Full-size bed, twin bed, access to the shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo. (This room does not have central air, but there is a portable A/C unit that is available for use. This room currently has no window shades.)
Outdoor Spaces:
The outdoor spaces offer lots of outdoor seating, outdoor dining with seating for six and a propane BBQ. There is also seating on the front porch.
