Enter this home through the mudroom, a great addition to any Cape home, keeping the sand out and the fun in. Step into a sun soaked living room, with comfortable seating for your TV watching pleasure. Two of the home’s three bedrooms are off of the living room, the first right housing a bedroom with a queen bed, and the second right housing the primary bedroom with a king size bed. Through the living room to your left, you’ll find the third and final bedroom, complete with queen bed and easy access to the home’s full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Kids welcome. Smoking not allowed.
