Whether it’s the towering ceilings in the living room, or the spiral staircase leading to the downstairs, this private condominium unit is an immaculate escape to Cape Cod.
Park at the rear of the home, and be greeted with a stunning view overlooking the marshlands of Mitchell River, all the way out to Little Mill Pond. Walk up the path to the elevated rear, where you can either take in the sun on the chaise lounge or head under some cover and into the shade. Through the sliding glass doors and into the eat-in kitchen, you’re greeted by the dining table...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Kids welcome. Smoking not allowed.
