Vehicle Restrictions: HOA rules prohibit commercial vehicles, trailers, RVs, campers, snowmobiles, or boats.
No A/C: Typical for the Rockies, we do not have central air. We provide fans and suggest opening windows to enjoy the crisp mountain air.
Minimum Age: Primary guest must be at least 26 years old to reserve.
