The entry-level offers soaring ceilings with a cozy rock fireplace that opens to the dining area and kitchen. Easy access to the decks will let you take in the views and mountain air while you enjoy your morning coffee along with the hot tub! The owner’s suite is also on the entry-level with full bath and fireplace for those cold winter nights. You will spend plenty of time downstairs with the game room with pool and foosball, additional fireplace, and a great lounge area to watch movies or play video games. There are 4 additional bedrooms downstairs that will give you all of the sleeping areas you will need for you and your guests. There is an additional deck with outdoor seating for this area as well. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
