Bedroom layout has largest bedroom on one side, and second suite plus 2 guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the house.
The 5th bedroom has a twin bed with trundle option.
Close to downtown West Palm and also to Lake Ave with bars, restaurants and shopping, plus of course the beach!
The original occupant of the home was Captain Mortimer Howell Cobb, a survivor of the Titanic at 7 years old. He would go on to become a Captain with the US Maritime Service. His personal maps of the Pacific Ocean are on the wall of the home.
