This complex has covered parking for one vehicle and an elevator. This beautiful condo comes fully furnished with all the comforts of home. The living room has an amazing view of the river and opens out to a fabulous, covered patio with comfortable seating, a propane grill. The kitchen is fully equipped including toaster, blender, and more. The master bedroom has a King size bed and cable TV, as well as a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and cable TV, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Guest bathroom is located conveniently near the living room and guest rooms. There is cable TV in the living room as well as free Wi-Fi. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. Maximum occupancy not to exceed 6 guest’s total. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo comes with 2 parking spots and 6 wristbands. No trailers, campers or RV’s allowed. If you have more than 2 vehicles there is additional parking less than 1 mile away. No portable grills or open flames. No smoking inside the condo or on the patio. No pets allowed. Family friendly condo with no tolerance for profanity or vulgar music. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces.
