Only 9 miles/15 minute drive from Main St Breckenridge and the world class ski area, Pine Forest Lodge has room for the whole family to spread out and enjoy beautiful views in the quiet forest.
Enter the main level from the garage into the huge great room with a floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace, a piano for our musical guests and a dining room with ample seating which opens to a beautiful and well stocked kitchen. There is a master bedroom on this level with a king bed, sitting area with queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and the en suite bathroom has an oversized jetted tub and separate shower.
Down one level is the perfect space for gathering with a private 8 seat movie theater with quite a collection of movies, a large comfortable sitting area, a pool table, a wet bar, and another cozy...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Kids welcome. Smoking not allowed.
