This spacious 3-Bedroom, 3-Bath house features high ceilings and large windows, bringing in natural light along with the lovely natural scenery. Take it all in from your private hot tub, and enjoy a barbecue on your wrap-around deck. Truly a winter wonderland to explore right in the back yard!
On the ground level, you may enter the house from the front door or the garage, where you’ll find the first bedroom which has one set of bunk beds, a double bed, and a trundle underneath. There is also a full bathroom on this level.
The main level features a gorgeous, modern kitchen with new appliances and all the essentials for preparing a feast. The living room with gas fireplace and deck are on this floor as well, along with the third bedroom with a Queen-bed, and another bathroom. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
