The Pavillion is a four bedroom luxury house with exceptional elevated views of Louttit Bay and the Surf Coast. It is located a short 10 minute walk from the shops and from the Surf Club.
Melbourne Architect Daryl Pelchen was briefed by the owners to design a 5 star apartment at street level and easy living accommodation downstairs for adult children and grandchildren with multiple public and private spaces.
The architectural subtlety of The Pavillion from the street is somewhat deceptive. On entry you will be overwhelmed by the soaring ceilings and abundant natural light that graces the upper level. The kitchen (fitted with extensive stone benches and Miele appliances) and dining area are parallel to but separate from the main living area and open out onto an expansive deck which is partially undercover and includes an extended eating...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
