This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse can sleep up to 8 people and is located just 5.4 miles from Walt Disney World. This vacation rental is decorated in a modern style and has tiled flooring throughout the communal areas. The galley-style kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, comes fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils and appliances you’d need, and it has a breakfast bar with seating for up to 4 people. If you need more seating when it’s time to eat, there’s a small dining area with a rectangular table and seating for up to 6. There’s also a patio door that leads the pool area (we’ll touch on this in a moment).

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
