This 3 level condo is situated in the Lulu City complex in Telluride town. On the main level of the condo is the open plan kitchen, dining and living area. There is also a full bathroom on this main level, as well as a washer and dryer. Above the living space is a loft which is ideal as a kid’s zone, complete with additional bedding, Lovesac lounge bag, flat screen TV and a games console. On the lower level of the home is a king guest bedroom and a queen guest bedroom. The queen guest bedroom has an en suite.
Lulu City 6F is easy walking distance to the Coonskin Chairlift (Lift 7) & is about 10 minutes walk to Colorado Avenue (Main St), walking at a leisurely pace. Clark’s Grocery store is just a stone’s throw from this condo. The Lulu City complex is also situated on the Galloping Goose free shuttle route.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Guests must be at least 25 to reserve this property.
- Instructions: Check-in instructions are sent via email 7 days prior to arrival and also via SMS text message 3 days prior to arrival. These electronic guide books include a code to access your rental property in additional to full property and destination guides
- Check In Method: keypad details will be included.
