Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- • Main Rules:
- -NO parties allowed.
- -NO music out aloud.
- -NO Bring anyone different that is already checked in without previous notice
- -NO sexual turism of any type.

- -We are NOT responsible for loss or damage to your personal belongings.

- If you want to use the boat you have to tell us so we can arrange the trip for you, it has an extra cost depending of what trip you want to do.
- Cleanning and cook lady $120.000 cop per day, is mandatory to have her for cooking and cleaning service.
- * The availability of the boat is subject to feasibility, while the usage of the jacuzzi is limited to 2 hours during the morning and an additional 2 hours either in the afternoon or evening.
