Two tall windows shine plenty of natural light into the home’s large living room overlaid with original hardwood floors and anchored by a gas fireplace.
Past the living room, the yellow pine floors continue to the open family room and the spectacular chef’s kitchen, both naturally illuminated from oversized windows. The family room features built-ins, shiplap walls, and a ventless gas fireplace.
The stunning chef’s kitchen is adorned with custom handmade Canadian cabinets, Calcutta gold Quartz countertops, a custom tile backsplash, a panel-covered Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, and a GE Monogram double oven, microwave drawer, and dishwasher. From the dining area, a wall of glass doors open to the home’s showpiece - an expansive private backyard rarely found in the city. This secluded oasis will be your go-to spot on good weather days!
The home’s second level is split by the spiral staircase. The front of this level has two bedrooms (one with a QUEEN bed and one with a FULL bed) and a bathroom with subway tile walls and a soaking tub.
