The Location - Ideally positioned in popular Little Beach. Walk to Wests Nelson Bay Diggers for bistro meals, entertainment and Balance Gym which welcomes visitors all year round, only 800m. After you have settled into this beautiful home take a short stroll down to the Little Beach Foreshore where you will discover a beautiful calm water swimming beach, free BBQ and picnic facilities, children’s playground, a jetty to cast a line plus a 4-lane boat ramp. The beautiful Shoal Bay Beach is just 250m up the road and golfers can tee-off at Nelson Bays 27 hole course located approximately 2.4km from the house with, club and cart hire available or alternatively Nelson Bay Bowling Club is right next door. Dolphin watching cruises depart daily from the Marina (approx. 2.3km from the house).
The House - The open plan living and kitchen area is tiled throughout and includes a split system air conditioner (heating + cooling), comfortable leather lounge, LCD TV, Blu-ray DVD, with free internet access, timber dining setting for eight guests and sliding door access to a private enclosed courtyard with outdoor setting and gas BBQ. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove-top, fridge/freezer plus plenty of bench space. The master bedroom is on the ground floor level too and includes a queen size bed, ceiling fan and built-in robe. The laundry is combined with the bathroom and includes shower over the bath, vanity and toilet plus a top loading washing machine and laundry tub (dryer located in garage). Other features include a double lock-up garage (with remote) plus room for the trailer boat on the grass in front.
The upper floor has ducted air conditioning and offers a second living area with a double sofa bed and sliding glass door access to the balcony. The second bedroom offers one double bed plus one single bed. All bedrooms include a ceiling fan and built-in robe. The third bedroom offering two single beds. There is also a second bathroom on the upper level.
