This ideal location means you’re away from the hustle and bustle of the main street, but still an easy walk to the action. Shoal Bay Beach is an idyllic stretch of soft white sand and calm turquoise waters with picnic tables and BBQ facilities on the beachside reserve, and at the end, just 1.3km from your holiday home is the start of the Tomaree Head Summit Walk. Pack your walking shoes and ascend to the top of Tomaree Mountain for sensational views over the pristine Port Stephens coastline.
And when you’re done adventuring and exploring the local area, head back to your peaceful and private 2-level duplex, located at the rear of the block. Peaceful doesn’t mean boring here at Shoally Loft, though, with your own hot tub and inground swimming, surrounded by leafy greenery to provide that wonderful resort feel. Cook up a BBQ and unwind on the sun loungers by the pool, or if you’ve had enough sun, relax indoors in the renovated and fully air-conditioned duplex. Newly refurbished with modern fittings, the interior is welcoming and comfortable, perfect for a family or group of friends. The ground floor boasts an open plan living and dining area with a flat screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, stove, cooktop, microwave and fridge. The main bathroom has a shower and toilet, and the laundry has a washing machine.
Upstairs, you’ll find 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a queen bed and balcony access, and one also has a single trundle bed that is suitable for a child. There is also a convenient 2nd toilet on this level.
Parking for 2 cars is available at the rear of the driveway.

- This property is totally non-smoking including all external areas.
- Another property is located at the front of the block and may be occupied, however you do have sole use of the hot spa and swimming pool. Please be aware that this is a residential area and to keep noise at a minimum for neighbours, we ask that use of the spa ceases by 9.30pm.
- Air-conditioning has now been installed upstairs so the property is fully air-conditioned for your comfort, all year round.
