Ideal for the smaller kids, Little Beach foreshore is only 500m away and includes calm swimming waters, picnic tables, public BBQ facilities, children’s playground, a 4 lane all tide boat ramp, takeaway, restaurant and a public jetty to cast a line with the kids. The Nelson Bay CBD and Marina are approximately 2km’s away for award winning restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, fishermans co-op plus whale and dolphin watching cruises that depart daily. The marine sanctuary at Fly Point will allow you to encounter marine species only found in Port Stephens. Shoal Bay is also only a 2 km drive and offers more cafes, restaurants and boutique shops plus the fabulous Tomaree Mountain which provides breathtaking views from the summit.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
