The Location - Laman Lodge is set on the hill above Nelson Bay and overlooking the marina and harbour. Walk down the hill 300 metres to town for boutique shopping, restaurants, cafes, the marina and Nelson Bay Beach or follow the path 800 metres to family friendly Dutchies Beach for calm water swimming, BBQ’s,picnics and a playground.
The Apartment- This first floor unit has a large balcony with an outdoor setting, gas BBQ and gorgeous marina views, leading into an open plan, light filled, living area with two ceiling fans, a flatscreen TV and corner lounge plus a sofa lounge, six seatdining tableand a fully functional kitchen with a cooktop, oven, dishwasher and microwave. The main bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and a flatscreen TV and the second bedroom has a double bed,a single bed and a ceiling fan. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
