The Home
Villa Placidity is a perfect townhouse for up to six guests with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The main floor gives you access to our superb dining room, spacious and gourmet kitchen and one bedroom has a queen-sized bed with private bathroom. The second floor hosts the two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king-sized bed with private bathroom and the other bedroom has two twin sized beds with private bathroom. Our rental also has access to laundry facilities with both a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board, hair dryer and towels. You will also have your own private pool for exercise and fun in the back of your home, air conditioning and an outdoor security camera as well for added security.
Pool heating or hot tub can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of forty ($40.00) dollars a night with a minimum rental of seven (7) days and forty-eight (48) hours notice....

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
