Beautiful 4 bedrooms house, including all amenities of a marvelous resort

Villa Ariel is in the incredible Storey Lake Resort and is one of our most beautiful properties. This prime real estate and eight-guest townhouse located in Kissimmee, Florida is only fifteen minutes away from Walt Disney World and just twenty-five minutes away from Universal Studios. Up to eight of your guests will have use of Storey Lake Resorts clubhouse and all the amenities that go with it including a marvelous resort style pool that features a spa, two different waterslides with a lazy river and the splash pad water park area for our younger guests to play! There is also free access to our fantastic beach sand volleyball and basketball courts if your feeling competitive, playground for the kids, a magnificent putting green for the golfers and lake side dock access for boating. Your incredible rental townhouse has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and can sleep eight comfortably. The first bedroom on the main floor has a queen-sized bedroom for maximum privacy and is separate from the other bedrooms located on the second floor. There is another main bedroom on the second floor with a king-sized bed and private bath and the two additional bedrooms have a Mickey Mouse theme with two twin beds or golf theme with two twin beds for your guests. It has a formal dining area, central air conditioning and the family room has a large, flat screen television. The fully functioning and modernized gourmet kitchen has a stove, microwave, dishwasher and all the dishware, crockery, and cutlery you need to create meals for yourselves, if you want to take a break from the several restaurants in the area. For an additional fee, BBQ grill facilities can also be included in the price of your stay. Your time at Villa Ariel includes your own private pool so you can swim or relax in the privacy of your own home as well as full cable television, Wi-Fi high speed internet and local phone calls. You will also have access to full laundry facilities with a washer and dryer as well as fresh towels and linens which will be provided upon your arrival! Pool heating or hot tub can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of Forty ($40.00) dollars a night with a minimum rental of seven (7) days and forty-eight (48) hours notice prior to the check in date. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Exact décor may vary Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am sharp. Each bathroom will be provided some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, dish detergent and roll of paper towel. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your additional needs. POOL HEATING FYI: *The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer. *It doesn’t warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature. *The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they’ll both get to the same temperature. *The heater does not work as a hotel/resort’s heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi. *On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely. * Under these conditions, the surface water of the pool will also be colder due to the climate. HOUSEKEEPING: All of our properties are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival. FOOD: Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left in our properties and will be discarded after your stay. GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL: Garbage or trash pickup occurs daily. Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas. Other Things to Note: • Security deposit will be charged to the traveler’s credit card (Credit card will be collected by Property Manager for Security Deposit). • Please inquire to your host about extras services that you would like to apply to your stay.
