Solterra Resort is a magnificent and gated resort community with fantastic amenities including a 5600 square foot clubhouse, a beautiful resort pool complete with waterslide and lazy river to float down and access to poolside cabanas. There is a twenty-four-hour fitness room and gym for all your workout needs, tennis and volleyball courts and a playground and recreational area for kids to enjoy. You will have access to all the amenities offered to the residents of Solterra Resort including their deluxe community center, swimming pool with aquatic slides, a fitness center with top-of-the-line equipment and volleyball and tennis courts. With only a short drive to Walt Disney World and surrounded by natural beauty and several lakes, this luxurious villa located in Davenport, Florida can host up to eleven guests with five bathrooms and five bedrooms. This villa has its own private pool (with an option to be heated for an additional fee) which is close to the master bedroom that comes with a King-sized bed and private bathroom. Near the master bedroom on the main floor is the living room and dining area adjacent to the gourmet kitchen which comes equipped with all new steel appliances. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All your dishware, pots and pans, cutlery and glasses are included as well. Also on the main floor is the game room that has a Star Wars theme and contains a full-sized billiards and air hockey table as well as a video game setup complete with gaming chairs. On the second floor, you’ll find the remaining bedrooms with another large sized room with Queen sized bed and private bathroom. The other three bedrooms are child oriented with different themes and their own private bathrooms. Our Mickey Mouse themed bedroom has a bunk bed and twin sized bed. Our Toy Story themed bedroom has two twin beds, and our Avatar themed bedroom has two twin sized beds as well. Villa Batista also comes with full laundry facilities including a washing machine, dryer and iron and ironing board. Pool heating or hot tub can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of forty ($40.00) dollars a night with a minimum rental of seven (7) days and forty-eight (48) hours notice. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Exact décor may vary Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am sharp. Each bathroom will be provided some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, dish detergent and roll of paper towel. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your additional needs. POOL HEATING FYI: *The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer. *It doesn’t warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature. *The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they’ll both get to the same temperature. *The heater does not work as a hotel/resort’s heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi. *On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely. * Under these conditions, the surface water of the pool will also be colder due to the climate. HOUSEKEEPING: All of our properties are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival. FOOD: Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left in our properties and will be discarded after your stay. GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL: Garbage or trash pickup occurs daily. Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas.
