The incredible Villa Kerpen at Storey Lake Resort in Kissimmee, Florida is one of our more stylish and extravagant rentals. This location is only fifteen minutes away from Walt Disney World and just twenty-five minutes away from Universal Studios and can host up to eight guests. Should you choose to rent Villa Kerpen, your family and friends will also have the use of Storey Lake Resorts clubhouse and all the amenities that go with it including a marvelous resort style pool that features a spa, two different waterslides with a lazy river and the splash pad water park area for our younger guests to play! The full-sized gym and exercise center with several machines is available to you and your guests as well. There is also free access to our fantastic beach sand volleyball and basketball courts if you’re feeling competitive, playground for the kids and a magnificent putting green for the golfers and lake side dock access for boating. This townhouse has a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms, which will be a perfect size for a total of eight of your guests. The main bedroom on the ground floor has a queen-sized bed and the remaining three bedrooms are upstairs. A larger bedroom has a king-sized bed and private bathroom on the second floor and there is a Mickey Mouse themed room with two twin beds. The last bedroom has two twin beds as well. The fully functioning and modernized gourmet kitchen has a breakfast bar along with a stove, microwave, dishwasher and all the dishware, crockery, and cutlery you need to create meals for yourselves, if you want to take a break from the several restaurants in the area. For an additional fee, BBQ grill facilities can also be included in the price of your stay. Your time at Villa Kerpen includes a small dining area outside and right next to your own private pool so you can swim or relax in the privacy of your own home as well as full cable television, Wi-Fi high speed internet and local phone calls. You will also have access to full laundry facilities with a washer and dryer as well as fresh towels and linens which will be provided upon your arrival! Pool heating or hot tub can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of forty ($40.00) dollars a night with a minimum rental of seven (7) days and forty-eight (48) hours’ notice prior to the check in date. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Exact décor may vary Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am sharp. Each bathroom will be provided some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, dish detergent and roll of paper towel. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your additional needs. POOL HEATING FYI: *The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer. *It doesn’t warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature. *The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they’ll both get to the same temperature. *The heater does not work as a hotel/resort’s heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi. *On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely. * Under these conditions, the surface water of the pool will also be colder due to the climate. HOUSEKEEPING: All of our properties are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival. FOOD: Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left in our properties and will be discarded after your stay. GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL: Garbage or trash pickup occurs daily. Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas.
