3 bedrooms townhouse, in a magnificent clubhouse

Plenitude Villas is pleased and proud to announce we have several rental properties for you to choose from in the exclusive and luxurious Lucaya Village Resort. Our townhouse, Villa Port, is perfect for up to eight guests and this resort is one of the closest properties we have from Walt Disney World and only a fifteen-minute drive away. Universal Studios is just thirty minutes away and, should you choose this location, you’ll be minutes away from Lake Cecile and Lake Bryan as well as golf courses, shopping, some of the finest restaurants and all that Kissimmee, Florida has to offer! The lavish and extravagant Lucaya Village Resort is a gated community with electronic locks and security as the safety of you and your guests is one of Plenitude Villas top priorities. You can put your mind at ease while you enjoy all the amenities that Lucaya Village has to offer, including a magnificent clubhouse and resort style pool and hot tub! The Clubhouse has a small bakery and café, basketball courts, a small area with access to computers and a playground and playroom for the kids. You are also close to a grocery store, able to arrange all your transportation needs and rental cars or purchase theme park tickets right there in the Clubhouse. The fully functioning and modernized gourmet kitchen has a stove, microwave, dishwasher and all the dishware, crockery, and cutlery you need to create meals for yourselves, if you want to take a break from the several restaurants in the area. Villa Port has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is perfect to accommodate up to eight guests. While every bedroom has a flat-screen, high-definition television, the master bedroom with king-sized bed and private bathroom has the largest. The second floor has the two remaining bedrooms. There is a larger room for our adult guests with a king-sized and another bedroom with a Mickey Mouse theme and two full beds. This rental also has access to laundry facilities with a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board, hair dryer and towels. STARTER SUPPLIES The following starter supplies are provided in the unit: Each bathroom includes: 1 small bar soap 1 toilet paper roll 1 trash bag Kitchen includes: 1 dish detergent 1 dishwasher capsule 1 sponge 1 paper towel roll 1 trash bag No additional supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest supermarket to purchase any extra items you may need for the duration of your stay. Please note: Washcloths are not provided. HOUSEKEEPING Daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate. Prior to check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be provided. Mid-stay cleaning services may be requested for an additional fee. FOOD POLICY In accordance with Florida law, we are not permitted to leave open food items in the refrigerator or kitchen cabinets. Therefore, all food items are removed after each guest checks out. No condiments, coffee, or other food supplies will be provided prior to check-in. TRASH DISPOSAL Please observe the designated trash collection days and dispose of trash daily in the resort dumpster to help maintain a clean and pleasant environment. POOL HEATING / SPA Pool heating can be added to your reservation as an additional service for an extra fee. A minimum of 7 consecutive days is required. For reservations shorter than 7 days, heating must be purchased for the entire stay. Requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Please note that the spa is connected to the pool and does not operate independently. Pool Heating – Important Information The heater is set to a maximum temperature of 95°F, which is the standard limit and cannot be increased. The system does not heat the water instantly; it may take time to reach the set temperature. The pool and spa share the same heating system and will reach approximately the same temperature. This is not a commercial hotel-grade heating system. It is designed to warm the water, not make it hot. On cold, cloudy, or rainy days, heating may take longer. Under these conditions, the surface water may feel cooler due to weather exposure. PET FEE A non-refundable pet fee of $180 applies. PARKING Please provide the full names of all drivers in advance so they can be registered in the resort’s system.
