Our Property Management company is pleased and fortunate to offer you another of our marvelous properties, the townhouse of Villa Martins, which can host up to twelve guests with its six bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. Bella Vida Resort, located in Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida is a very short distance away, under twenty minutes, from Walt Disney World and several of its attractions including Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park and Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park. This gated resort has an incredible and spacious clubhouse that spans over 6,700 square feet and has a huge community swimming pool. There are also over fifteen acres of amazing lakes nearby, a game room for the kids, basketball and volleyball courts, and a huge playground for the kids. Bella Vida also has bocce ball, walking trails and a full gym for any exercise you would like and incredible Italian gardens for your admiration. This six-bedroom and five-and-a-half-bathroom townhouse can comfortably host twelve people in the gated community of Bella Vida Resort. The four bedrooms intended for adult couples all have private bathrooms with different sized beds. You can choose from a room with a king-sized bed, another two rooms have queen-sized beds and a fourth room with a full-sized bed. The additional two bedrooms intended for younger guests vary in size and decoration with both smaller rooms coming equipped with two twin sized beds, one of which has a Frozen theme and the other with a Mickey Mouse theme. This will comfortably accommodate all twelve of our guests. Every room has a bonus of having a flat screen, high-definition television and free WI-FI. The fully functioning and modernized gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances including a stove, microwave, dishwasher and all the dishware, crockery, and cutlery you need to create meals for yourselves, if you want to take a break from the several restaurants in the area. You will also have access to a spectacular private pool with a casual dining area nearby for you to enjoy an ice-cold beverage before or after your swim. The garage has been converted into a games room with a pool or billiards table, foosball, table tennis and dart board as well. Villa Martins also has access to laundry facilities with both a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board, hair dryer and towels. Pool heating or hot tub can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of forty ($40.00) dollars a night with a minimum rental of seven (7) days and forty-eight (48) hours’ notice prior to the check in date. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Exact décor may vary Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am sharp. Each bathroom will be provided some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, dish detergent and roll of paper towel. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your additional needs. POOL HEATING FYI: *The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer. *It doesn’t warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature. *The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they’ll both get to the same temperature. *The heater does not work as a hotel/resort’s heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi. *On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely. * Under these conditions, the surface water of the pool will also be colder due to the climate. HOUSEKEEPING: All of our properties are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival. FOOD: Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left in our properties and will be discarded after your stay. GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL: Garbage or trash pickup occurs daily. Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas. Other Things to Note: • Security deposit will be charged to the traveler’s credit card(Credit card will be collected by Property Manager for Security Deposit). • Please inquire to your host about extras services that you would like to apply to your stay.
