Parlour Cottage is a well-equipped, spacious family home in the heart of the South Downs National Park with panoramic unspoilt views of the Downs. Walk or cycle from or very near to the house – great for dogs which are welcome. Award-winning pub 50 yards away, with gin menu, local ales and amazing food. Close to cathedral city of Chichester, Goodwood and West Wittering beach.

This beautiful family home comprises a large kitchen/dining/living area with bi-fold doors looking out on to South Downs. Fully equipped kitchen (double oven, hob, American fridge freezer, dishwasher) with plentiful equipment to cater for all. Nespresso machine, cafetiere and grinder for coffee lovers. Dining table seats 12 comfortably. Two large sofas looking out to garden and Downs.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
