Welcome to our wonderful apartment located on a quiet street in the middle of the city - very close to Auckland universities and a short walk to Britomart! Make yourself at home with a full-functioning kitchen, dining area and lounge and a beautiful balcony that looks out over the city and harbour. The apartment also has a Smart TV and unlimited WiFi to keep you entertained.

The Space:
Welcome to our two bedroom apartment located right near Albert Park! You can’t find a better location than this, and you will have all the city amenities within a short walk from the apartment, as well as all the sites in Auckland less than a 20 minute walk away!
We have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible:

The main room of the apartment has a fully functional kitchen with oven, microwave, and dish washer. The living area has a sofa, a smart TV, and a dining table with four chairs. There is also a beautiful balcony with views of the city and Harbour - great for a cup of coffee in the morning!
One of the bedrooms is equipped with a Super King sized bed while the other bedroom has a Queen Sized bed, as well as a door leading out onto the balcony.
There is a washer/dryer tucked away in the bathroom.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
Other Things to Note:
This building does not allow the units to be used for home isolation. Please do not book for this purpose as we will be unable to host.
Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.
Key Pick-Up: The key will need to be picked up from a secure location in the Viaduct (95 Customs St W), which is a 15 minute walk or 10 min drive away from the apartment. They provide 24/7 access to keys via lockboxes. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking.
Pre Check-in building requirements: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with ID provided for guests over 18 years of age. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions.
Parking: We do not have a free carpark for this building but nearby paid parking options are available.
Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the apartment for a $50 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.
Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.
Luggage Storage: We cannot offer luggage storage inside the apartment but we can recommend The Luggage Hotel on Princes Wharf.
Housekeeping: We can arrange extra weekly housekeeping during your stay if requested for the same price as the cleaning fee listed per clean. Stays longer than 21 days will be required to have a mid-stay clean at your expense. Please just send us a message if you need extra cleaning as we will need to organise this with the cleaning company we use.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay (4x shampoo, 4x bodywash, 6x tea/coffee, 3x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes) but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.
Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
This is a professionally managed apartment so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced apartment. As above, weekly housekeeping can still be arranged as an extra service.
