Sunny villa for vacation rental in the beautiful Torre Lapillo, a stone’s throw from the Caribbean sandy beach of the resort. It has a large brick-fronted courtyard, on which is the beauty of flowers with typical vegetation and flowers. Externally: a comfortable covered veranda equipped for outdoor dining, parking spaces, stone barbecue and comfortable shower. The main entrance leads into the comfortable well-furnished living room with TV, since a hallway allows access to the two double bedrooms, the bathroom with shower cubicle and the kitchenette equipped with everything you need. There are two entrances, one front from the living room and one back from the kitchen. Various comforts will give you a comfortable stay, such as: air conditioning, wifi internet connection, flat screen TV, washing machine etc.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
