With over 2700 square feet of living space, the home provides enough space for everyone to be comfortable. There are two living areas; one for lounging and the second one for entertaining. The recently updated kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, beautiful granit countertops and clean, white cabinets. It’s the perfect kitchen for any family chef to cook meals for the family.Downstairs, there is a guest bedroom with a queen size bed, flat screen TV and a guest bathroom. The additional 4 bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and prive ensuite bathroom with a garden tub and walk-in shower. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
