This fantastic Santa Maria II penthouse is the perfect escape to paradise! It has great views of the surrounding area from the balcony and is directly across the street from the beach and within walking distance to the local shops and restaurants in Santini Plaza. This condo is on the 4th floor (accessible by elevator), and it has 2 stories, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and it sleeps up to 8 people. This is a great place to stay for a family or group of friends. The kitchen is large and modern. It has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and comes fully equipped.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
